First Time at Heaven Nails? Here's What to Know Before You Arrive

Welcome — we're glad you're coming in. A few small things make your first visit smoother.

Where to park

We're inside Plaza North Shopping Center at 5952 University Pkwy D. Park anywhere in the lot; we're between the two anchor stores. Free parking, no meters.

When to arrive

Show up 5 minutes early so we can get you signed in and settled. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to rebook — we hold each slot for the guest booked in it.

What to bring (or not)

• Inspiration photos — screenshots on your phone are perfect. It's much faster than describing a shade or shape in words.
• Skip the fresh polish if you're getting a new service; we'll remove any existing product.
• Leave rings at home for pedicure day if your hands swell in warm water.

Talk to your tech

Tell us up front: - Any allergies or sensitivities (acetone, latex, fragrance) - Nail history — biters, peelers, weak beds, past breakage - Your lifestyle — do you type all day, work with your hands, wash constantly?

We'll pick the service that actually holds up for you, not just the one that looks pretty in the chair.

Payment

We take cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Tips can go on the card or in cash — dealer's choice.
